Three more days until I leave for the Philippines. Woot woot, I’m so excited. I finished packing in like under an hour. Well, it shouldn’t really count cause it was repacking and the first day I started packing, it took me forever to find the things I wanted to bring or needed.
On to the Transformers, I give it a 5 out of 10… 20% for a Transformers movie, 20% for Megan Fox, 9% for the Stunning visual Effects (that were up close and couldn’t make out what the hell was going on), .2% for Shia LeBouf, .2% for Michael Bay’s directing, and .1% the coolest supporting actors.
I got a my new phone, Nokia N93I. It’s awesome. The only thing that’s wrong with it is that when I flip it to the side like a sidekick, it doesn’t have any buttons facing that way for texting. Oh well, I can adapt
… The girl who sold it to me was very pretty. If it were not for me going to the Philippines soon, I wished it could have happened.
My room’s a mess from all the packing, and so is my guest room. Well… I guess it was dirty to begin with, haha. I’m horrible at cleaning my bed, but I do a lot of other things with perfection. Something’s wrong with me, haha.
The Starting Line’s new album Direction is great. I like the Starting Line so much, they are one of the few artists that I actually go to the store and buy albums from. But since I’m going to the Philippines before the album hits stores on July 31st, I had to get it for my iPod so that I may listen to it non-stop on the way to Cebu.
Right now I’m currently waiting for a call from the pretty filipina at the phone store and compiling my new playlist for the Philippines. And that’s my cue to exit.
ABC Family played Can’t Hardly Wait this weekend, it was awesome. That movie got me into trip-hop with the Sneaker Pimps. It was when Jennifer Love Hewitt walks in for the first time into the party, 6 Underground (The Umbrellas of Ladywell Mix #2) played and it was awesome.
Anyways, what else happened this weekend…
Thursday we randomly played ball in the gym at Eagle Vista. It was a good game, I got tired as hell though. Check list #1: Run more. After that, we went to eat at Tommy’s. We were latered joined by one of old classmates from Cathedral. There, we got hit up by three to four different people asking for change. It was crazy. I wish I had change though, but I usually pay by debit card nowadays. Then a couple of minutes after that we witnessed a car crash. No one was really hurt, and then, like the idiots we are, everyone at Tommy’s clapped. (This was across the street, by the way). Anthony missed the oppurtunity to talk to the hot girl that was driving the car that was at fault for the crash. She came over next to him to use the pay phone. Anthony, scared as he was, moved over to the other side. Low and behold, she couldn’t use the pay phone, so since Anthony was no where near to her, she asked another random guy to use her phone. Good times, good times. After Tommy’s we all split off into two groups. Anthony and Matthew came over to play some Marvel vs. Capcom. Then they went home.
Friday… supposed to watch Ratatouille but didn’t make it. Instead, me and the guys went to eat at BJ’s. Haven’t been there in awhile, good stuff.
Then on Saturday, tried to get a game of football, but a lot of people flaked… that or we didn’t get enough. Instead, we went to Yosemite to play ball… we waited forever for a game, and when we did play, we didn’t play all that good. Oh well, next time, haha. After that we all went to eat a Red Robin, again good stuff.
Today, in our league game, we did pretty decent against the team that beat us by around 50 points the first time we met them. This time we only lost by 19. After that we went to Jamba Juice, then after that we ate out at Hot Wings Cafe, I’ve never been there before, and I have to say that their wings are o.k. …. I sampled their Extra Hot and their Mild… and the mild tasted better than the extra hot. The extra hot weren’t even ‘extra’ hot. It was still good though… I’d go there as a last resort, haha.
After all that, we all wanted to play basketball again. So we decided to go to my place to play at my court. After a grueling 30 minutes of fixing my front yard to play basketball, they decided not to come, so it was just me, Anthony, and Matthew playing 21. It’s o.k. though, I finally have a place to practice basketball. Woot woot.
